If you are unable to check in/out your pet(s) within the designated check in and check out timings, please book an extra night for your pet’s stay! Early check-ins or late check-outs are subjected to availability – please do check in with us should you require special arrangements for your pet.
1. Valid core vaccination required (not less than 14 days & not more than 12 months before check-in)
2. Bordetella Vaccination against Kennel Cough is highly recommended – not less than 14 days & not more than 12 months before check-in.
3. Under the Animals and Birds (Dog Licensing and Control) Rules, your dog(s) must have a dog license prior to boarding.
4. Your dog must be dewormed prior to or at check in (Deworming pills must be prescribed by a Veterinarian).
5. The minimum age for boarding: 6 months old. Puppies must have completed 3 core vaccinations.

We had a 4-day stay with Mutts, and once again, we had complete peace of mind during our trip. This was Snoopy’s second stay, and the care has been consistently reliable and heartfelt. The loving staff, especially Jamie and her team, went above and beyond to comfort him, playing ball and giving him tummy rubs to ease his homesickness. Watching Snoopy on video, happily rolling over for belly rubs, showed us just how much he trusts the team. Truly grateful for the warmth and care!
First time leaving our dog at a pet boarding. The mutts & mittens personnel are very friendly, helpful and responsive on Whatsapp. Communication was smooth and prompt. We were initially worried as our dog is very reactive and barky towards other dogs, but with the live cctv and solo dog walks, we were assured that our dog was kept safe. We had ample time at check in to set-up the room and say goodbye to our dog. With the live cctv (note that there is no sound or mic, which is understandable), we saw our dog get comfortable after the first night. We also saw the caregivers give our dog lots of hugs and kisses 🥰 We also requested for photos of our dog on his walk and they shared some videos. Thank you to the mutts & mittens team for the attention to detail, we really felt at ease leaving our dog there and will definitely use your services again if required!

Though CCTV was already available, they took the effort to give updates on your furkid. Bailey and my family are happy with the boarding service and will definitely engage them for future trips!
Thanks for taking such good care of Melon whenever we go overseas. Though Melon is so timid and has separation anxiety, you guys were great in making her feel loved and at home. My heart burst with gratitude whenever I see through the CCTV how loving the caregivers were to Melon and I felt so comforted to receive videos of her wagging her tail happily, being carried like a baby and chomping down her food. Thanks a million to all, especially to Nicole and James whom we met upon check-in and check-out for being so lovely, warm and kind. And thanks also to the two loving, gentle caregivers who took such good care of Melon and know her quirks. In my opinion, no one does it beta than Mutts & Mittens!
